Account-bound license

Your access is a limited, revocable license assigned to the Discord account, subscription, and approved devices connected to your purchase. It does not transfer ownership of ProbeLoader, ProbeStandalone, their components, or any related service. You may not share, lend, resell, sublicense, transfer, or redistribute the software, your account access, or this private download.

Authorized use

You may use the software only for its intended features, during an active subscription term, and in accordance with the product documentation and support instructions. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your Discord account, license material, download links, and local copies private.

Security and integrity

Both products contain layered authentication, integrity validation, authenticated delivery, anti-tamper controls, session enforcement, and runtime safeguards. These controls protect customers, service availability, and our intellectual property. You agree not to disable, obstruct, mislead, probe, or work around them.

Prohibited activity

• Cracking, patching, debugging, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, tracing, dumping, or modifying either product.
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass authentication, licensing, integrity checks, session limits, update requirements, device controls, or security responses.
• Extracting, recording, publishing, selling, or redistributing private payloads, credentials, keys, protected components, implementation details, or download links.
• Using virtualized, instrumented, or third-party tooling to inspect protected behavior without our prior written approval.
• Interfering with monitoring, delivery, updates, service infrastructure, other customers, or attempting access beyond the entitlement assigned to your account.

Updates and current builds

Only the most recently authorized build is supported. New releases may invalidate earlier downloads, cached copies, or active sessions. You agree to install required updates and stop using superseded builds. Compatibility can change when operating-system or security updates require it.

Private delivery

This link is issued only to you, expires automatically, and works once. Automated scanners or link-preview services may interfere with private delivery, so do not repost the URL. You must not preserve, mirror, or distribute delivery artifacts outside your authorized devices.

Operational data

To validate licenses, maintain sessions, prevent abuse, and investigate integrity events, the service may process account identifiers, subscription state, device identity, network security signals, product version, launch status, and enforcement events. This information is used for product operation, support, fraud prevention, and protection of the service.

Enforcement and refunds

Attempted or completed violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of the associated license key, Discord account, devices, downloads, and active sessions. Confirmed cracking, sharing, redistribution, tampering, or bypass attempts result in a permanent key ban. Enforcement taken for a breach of these terms is not eligible for a refund.

Availability and support

Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security response, updates, or circumstances outside our control. Support does not include assistance with unauthorized modifications, unsupported environments, account sharing, or attempts to defeat product safeguards.
